TOS 1. Terms

By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

2. Use License

1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on WebCosas's web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  1. modify or copy the core scripts/markup code;
  2. use the materials for any commercial purpose;
  3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on WebCosas's web site;

1a. You may not place the following forms of advertising on your free website (subdomain) unless you have purchased advertisement removal from WebCosas:

  1. content-targeted advertising;
  2. advertising that mimics or copies the look of AdSense advertising; and/or
  3. pop-up(s) advertisements (includes alert boxes, windows, pages, and such).

Any other type of advertising is allowed.

1b. Prohibited Content:
As the creator of a WebCosas.com subdomain (website), you are responsible for ensuring that no prohibited Content exists on your subdomain and that no part of your subdomain violates the Terms of Service. Prohibited Content includes any Content that breaks any local, state, county, national or international law. Prohibited Content also includes:

  1. Content that infringes upon any rights (including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, etc.)
  2. Abusive, threatening, defamatory, racist, or obscene Content;
  3. Harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
  4. Constitutes or includes any illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted or copyrightable work, including but not limited to, (1) pirated computer programs or links to them, (2) information which circumvents manufacturer-installed copy-protect devices, or (3) pirated music, images or video or links to pirated music, image or video files.
  5. Displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
  6. Material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner or is intended to solicit personal information from anyone under 18;
  7. Any content that provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy or providing or creating computer viruses;
  8. Content that solicits passwords or personally-identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other Members;
  9. Viruses or any other harmful computer software;
  10. False information or libel;
  11. Spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;
  12. Gambling or Illicit drugs;
  13. Terrorism;
  14. Hacking or cheating for internet/online games;
  15. Warez, Roms, CD-Keys, Cracks, Passwords, or Serial Numbers;
  16. Pornography, nudity, or sexual material of any kind;
  17. Excessive profanity;
  18. Content that is invasive of privacy or impersonation of any person/entity; or
  19. Hacking materials or information.

2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by WebCosas at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Disclaimer
  1. The materials on WebCosas's web site are provided "as is". WebCosas.com makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, WebCosas.com does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
  2. Even after Membership is terminated, the Terms Of Service will remain in effect.
4. Limitations

In no event shall WebCosas.com or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on WebCosas's Internet site, even if WebCosas.com or a WebCosas.com authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
